Shipping Policy:

All orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days, unless stated otherwise. Please allow up to one week for your order to ship.

Estimated Shipping Time:

  • We ship primarily via USPS so items should arrive within 2-5 business days. Body Butters and Moisturizers will be shipped via USPS 2 day shipping.

  • All customers will be supplied with a tracking number once item is shipped.

  • Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost due to USPS. You will have to file a claim with USPS if your package is lost. We will not send out another package.

  • Please understand that we cannot offer replacement packages that were sent to the incorrect address due to customer's mistake. If you would like your packages to be resent then you will have to pay for shipping again.

  • If your tracking says your package has been delivered but you still haven't gotten your package, then you will have to contact USPS. We are not responsible for the delivery of your packages by USPS.

Product FAQ:

Please understand that due to the handmade nature of each product, there may be a slight color difference with each batch but the ingredients are the same.

How long does it last?

Each product will be provided with an expiration date.


My Moisturizer and/or Body cream has melted, what do I do?

Keep them in a cool place for starters. If they do melt, put them in the refrigerator to solidify again.


How do I use my product?

Each product will be provided with instructions, as well as our website.

When should I start seeing results?

Are you drinking water? Are you eating right? Are you consistent? These factors all play a role in your skins appearance. 1-3 months of consistent use.

How long does it last?

Each jar should last at least 6 weeks.

Refunds & Exchanges:

If you are unsatisfied with your order then contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will try to work with you to change that. Your satisfaction is our goal.

  • Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.

  • All cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase.

Allergy Notification:

Although all of our items are made with all natural organic ingredients, Mindful Complexions is not responsible for any allergic reactions. Please know and understand your allergies before use of any product. Please test products on your wrist first to see how you may react to it, If an allergic reaction happens, please discontinue the use of the product.
